From the first meeting to the completion of the project, our team is here to help guide you through every step of the process. We understand that after construction begins there are still many questions. We are here to answer those questions and help make this transitional time successful and as easy as possible.
Step One - Initial Consultation
At our free in-home consultation, our designer will discuss your remodeling or construction project with you to gain an understanding of your goals and motivations. This ensures that we can make informed recommendations on how to meet your needs. After we discuss the different options we will give you a basic estimate range for your project. At this point if you would like to move forward we require a deposit of $500 for a design which will be credited to your contract once you book with us. This allows our designer to get started on your 3D Drawings so you can see your new space.
Step Two - Show Room Visit
Meeting you in our showroom gives us the ability to review all of the different elements that go into your project. We will look at cabinet styles, door profiles, colors, and accessories to help determine your style. Once those items are chosen we move on to looking at countertops, tile and paint samples. All of the pieces and parts that make your project unique. After all of those items are decided we will present you with an estimate and a first design option. At this point we will ask you if you are ready to sign a design agreement so that we can schedule your job to start.
Step Three - Working Out The Details
Once you have signed a contract the real work begins. Our team begins the process of loading all of your selections and project information into our online system. This online program that we use to coordinate your job, helps us keep you, the customer, aware of the day-to-day items that will be taking place in your home. By simply downloading the app from the itunes or android store you can have 24/7 access to your schedule, budget, change orders and more. This software has revolutionized the way we do business and our customers could not be happier. Once all of the selections and designs are finalized there will be a budget and plan review where the complete estimate for your project will be discussed one last time before we begin.
Step Four - Let’s Begin
Within two weeks after your sign a contract we will hold a pre-construction meeting. During this meeting we will review the schedule with you, take final measurements, introduce you to your project manager and set up your login for our software. From this point on you will be working directly with your project coordinator who will be updating your job daily. This ensures there is no confusion or surprises during the process.
